always excellent and friendly

every time i go into the bank, always greeted with a smile and friendly service. im a bit of a joker and that always laugh at my silly jokes. they even have Dog biscuits available for the hungry Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

Great bank, great service

I have used metro bank since I was 14 years old. I used to lose my bank card a lot and the staff would print me a new card there and then. The staff are always friendly, and if I have any issues they resolve them quickly. I haven't had any issues with them, and I recommend them to all my friends and family. Great bank, great service.
