Terrific customer service

I always had a wonderful experience with metro bank.Any issue i got is resolved by staff quickly.Recent i am scammed as APP and i report to bank.They immediately guide me what to do and put my report ahead.I hope they will give there best to resolve my case and reimburse my lost. A fitting anagram for the best bank....

Is it a coincidence that Metro Bank is an anagram of Arm Knot Be? I think not. My arms are securely knotted to those of Metro Man in a tight embrace; I love Metro Bank. I find their product(s) to be first-class, and their customer service, too. I see no reason to move bank! Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

Great banking

I have had a business account (closed now) and still have the current account. The most convenient bank of all 4 that I do banking with especially when going abroad or at the weekends. Very polite and very professional staff always happy to help you with any issue you have without the need to wait for days. What can I say - it is self explanatory. It is Metro bank full stop. - Good customer service when I've needed to get new cards, change online banking details - Good money security, with Fraud checks that have helped greatly. - Good in-store customer service - handy loose change counting machine, approachable staff, being pet friendly is a good plus too.
