Been a currant account holder with Metro Bank for a few years now and after I needed a business banking account with a bit more flexibility and much better opening hours switching to Metro Bank was a no brainier. Best Bank

I would vote Metro Bank the best bank. Branches open seven days a week 8 til 8. Brilliant when you work. Love the personal service when so many banks are doing away with staff and replacing with impersonal cash machines. Reviewed on: 11th April 2021

It Just Works!

I love Metro Bank because things work as expected. Faster Payments are instant - which can't be said for some other banks - and I can see pending transactions in my online account, so as soon as I have used my debit card I can see the transaction. The staff in store are very friendly and helpful as are the staff at the end of the telephone. All as it should be, but often isn't elsewhere. Reviewed on: 11th April 2021

Easy to do

So I came into the bank in March 2021 without an appointment to open up an account for myself and within the hour I walked out with an account card and details ready to go. I had a lovely young lady who took me through all the steps making sure I knew what was going on. Very happy with the whole experience. Reviewed on: 11th April 2021

Account locked out without any reason, not looked into for over a week!

Complained on [phone several times, was told IT was on holiday, would have to wait 48 hours, but took aroud 10 days to sort out!!! Reviewed on: 11th April 2021

Excellent service, in store, Can speak to someone very quickly on the phone, no hassle, no long menus. And always resolved quickly. And friendly The approach Metro Bank has re customer sevice, both in the branch and on the phone is a different world to all my previous naking expereince. And a much prefered one! The right choice

I have been looking for another bank I can use as my personal savings one. When I saw Metro Bank in Kingston, the place looked very welcoming so I stepped inside and told them what I had in mind. True enough, the staff was not only welcoming but they made me feel comfortable all that time. I asked them everything and I was pleased.
