Excellent flexible use card with great internet platform

I have used lloyds for many years but decided to try Metro as the opening hours were much more flexible. The card use and flexibility for security codes is excellent as is the internet platform and app. Not to mention to talk to a customer advisor is not difficult. the customer service is really good. The only downside was that they wouldn't accept any international cheques which other banks do. But been with Metro bank for about 4 years now and the experience has been really amazing always being welcomed into the store with pleasant smiley face. Reviewed on: 11th April 2021

Been a currant account holder with Metro Bank for a few years now and after I needed a business banking account with a bit more flexibility and much better opening hours switching to Metro Bank was a no brainier. I would vote Metro Bank the best bank. Branches open seven days a week 8 til 8. Brilliant when you work. Love the personal service when so many banks are doing away with staff and replacing with impersonal cash machines. Reviewed on: 11th April 2021

It Just Works!

I love Metro Bank because things work as expected. Faster Payments are instant - which can't be said for some other banks - and I can see pending transactions in my online account, so as soon as I have used my debit card I can see the transaction. The staff in store are very friendly and helpful as are the staff at the end of the telephone. All as it should be, but often isn't elsewhere. Reviewed on: 11th April 2021

So I came into the bank in March 2021 without an appointment to open up an account for myself and within the hour I walked out with an account card and details ready to go. I had a lovely young lady who took me through all the steps making sure I knew what was going on. Very happy with the whole experience. Reviewed on: 11th April 2021
