Account locked out without any reason, not looked into for over a week!

Complained on [phone several times, was told IT was on holiday, would have to wait 48 hours, but took aroud 10 days to sort out!!! Reviewed on: 11th April 2021

Excellent easy service

Excellent service, in store, Can speak to someone very quickly on the phone, no hassle, no long menus. And always resolved quickly. And friendly The approach Metro Bank has re customer sevice, both in the branch and on the phone is a different world to all my previous naking expereince. And a much prefered one! Good service overall

Good service in general. I had some issues withmy card blocked over the weekend and need to wait till Monay to speak with somebody to unlock. Lost a big oportunity unfortunately. Reviewed on: 11th April 2021

The right choice

I have been looking for another bank I can use as my personal savings one. When I saw Metro Bank in Kingston, the place looked very welcoming so I stepped inside and told them what I had in mind. True enough, the staff was not only welcoming but they made me feel comfortable all that time. I asked them everything and I was pleased. Honest Customer Service

Sometimes they can't do the thing you want, and they just tell you honestly why. It's always friendly. Sometimes it's busy, and they'll tell you how long it'll be and when to come back when it's quiet. Branches are close to work, so you can pop in over lunch breaks. Reviewed on: 11th April 2021

Happy Customer

Overall, very good..Very easy website to navigate and always someone at the end of the phone to help with anything. However, they did keep asking to send me a OTPC even though I repeatedly told them I had broken my phone. Reviewed on: 11th April 2021
