Easy to set up, use and manage accounts

I have multiple accounts with metro so I can budget my money accordingly. It's quick and simple to set up standing orders to come out of my main account into the multiple savings accounts. This has helped me save much quicker than other methods in the past. Metro make it easy to set up a new savings account direct from their app so no waiting around for an appointment, trying to remember your internet banking information or calling the call centre. Only downside is that they have changed their call centre to a press this number for this and some options have you going round in circles back to the start. Other than this one annoyance it's perfect. Reviewed on: 9th April 2021

Absolutely wicked bank

Any problem I have ever had has always been sorted whenever I have come into Uxbridge branch, so professional and very welcoming and only takes 10/20 minutes for a brand new card which is amazing when you have to wait a few days from other banks.
