It's like a breath of fresh air... getting away from the stuffy old banks that are locked in to the dark ages. Moving to the Metro Bank was the best financial move I have ever made. Reviewed on: 8th April 2021

Best customer service!

Banking is so easy any problems I just phone and it get sorted quickly. If you lose your card you can go into the bank and they can make a new one up for you. The banking app is also very easy to use too! Reviewed on: 8th April 2021
