Incredible Service!!

Metro Bank has an amazing customer service policy, even during a national lockdown. Throughout the lockdown, they've been open (albeit to new opening hours) and accessible, whilst taking the most upmost care to follow the restrictions set by the government. Reviewed on: 8th April 2021

Happiest Bank I've ever been in.

I have nothing but respect for the people who work for the bank. I'm 75 and have literally tried all the others, none come up to the standard of service I get from Metro. The one sad thing, is that they moved my manager to another store (Yes, I meant the word store) But the new one is equally as nice, equally as helpful. One day, as the saying goes, all banks will be run this way. Reviewed on: 8th April 2021

Open when you need it.

The hours are perfect for me to make deposits when all the other banks are shut, love dealing with staff and not diverted off to the internet terminal in the store, great personal service. Reviewed on: 8th April 2021
