Reliable and understanding

I can be very forgetful sometimes, and there have been times where I’ve lost my card, or locked myself out of my online banking and there has always been someone there to help me. They don’t judge you and make you feel very comfortable. Reviewed on: 6th April 2021

Most convenient bank EVER!

NO bank calculators, No fuss adding new payees, maximum security, as a student especially during Christmas time I would lose my card or misplace it so I would simply go into a Branch and get it printed the same day! Whereas other banks take weeks to get my new card to me! I also love how they professionally present themselves and provide excellent customer service, Metro Bank...the ONLY branch you actually look forward to visiting! Reviewed on: 6th April 2021

Secure, Efficient Banking

Amazing bank!

I came to Metro bank a few years back. I had been banking with a well known building society since I was a young boy. About thirty years as a loyal customer later, I had my card withdrawn for reasons that were contentious. The ombudsman finding that I had been misinformed ect. I felt very betrayed and unfairly treated for a number of reasons. I spoke to them a number of time about it and felt they didn't really care and were happy to disregard me, due to my financial difficulty's at the time, that were partly caused by them. As I had been undervalued and poorly treated as a customer for no good reason, I decided to find a better bank that would value my business and provide a more professional service. I am very happy to say I found all this from Metro Bank and much more. Every member of staff at Metro bank has been very helpful, has made banking very straightforward and easy. The Metro bank buildings are really beautifully kept and the customer service is second to none, making me as a customer feel more like I am arriving at an exclusive club than the bank. Staff immediately make customers comfortable, relaxed, and well looked after on every occasion. I wanted to give this feedback as I am so happy to have found Metro Bank that I will expect to always have accounts with them and will continue to recommend them friends. I would certainly recommend Metro Bank to anyone reading this review. I also want to say thank you to all the staff at Metro Bank for restoring my faith in banks. Long may it last. Metro banks customer service allowed me to open my new current account with ease. Their customer service is next level and ensured every detail or question was covered.
