I came to Metro bank a few years back. I had been banking with a well known building society since I was a young boy. About thirty years as a loyal customer later, I had my card withdrawn for reasons that were contentious. The ombudsman finding that I had been misinformed ect. I felt very betrayed and unfairly treated for a number of reasons. I spoke to them a number of time about it and felt they didn't really care and were happy to disregard me, due to my financial difficulty's at the time, that were partly caused by them. As I had been undervalued and poorly treated as a customer for no good reason, I decided to find a better bank that would value my business and provide a more professional service. I am very happy to say I found all this from Metro Bank and much more. Every member of staff at Metro bank has been very helpful, has made banking very straightforward and easy. The Metro bank buildings are really beautifully kept and the customer service is second to none, making me as a customer feel more like I am arriving at an exclusive club than the bank. Staff immediately make customers comfortable, relaxed, and well looked after on every occasion. I wanted to give this feedback as I am so happy to have found Metro Bank that I will expect to always have accounts with them and will continue to recommend them friends. I would certainly recommend Metro Bank to anyone reading this review. I also want to say thank you to all the staff at Metro Bank for restoring my faith in banks. Long may it last. Opened with ease

Metro banks customer service allowed me to open my new current account with ease. Their customer service is next level and ensured every detail or question was covered. Best high street bank!

I've been banking with metro for 1 year and a half now, and its been the easiest banking experiance I've ever had in my 10 years of banking. The customer service in-store and over the phone is brilliant & the online banking app is simple and easy. I also love the fact that if I loose my card or its stolen, I can simply walk in store (with the brilliant closing times they have) and get a new card on the spot! Again brilliant bank!!
