As a customer any problems I've had have always been sorted and dealt with as fast as they can

Metro bank is a fast banknow which caters to all different people in the past when I've had little problems or list of cards etc.. metro have always been a fast working bank to resolve any problems I have had which could be down to the biggest problem to the even smallest problems. Excellent service every time.

Highly efficient, professional and friendly customer service. On the phone, you always get through to a person instead of waiting in automated cues for hours as is the case with other banks. Excellent bank!

It was super easy to open an account with metro bank! I have always been helped quickly and efficiently when visiting the bank. so relaxed for a bank if you visit your branch the staff always happy polite and dog friendly is fantastic, it's kid friendly with lollies available and instore card printing services great takin much stress of having a lost card you can cancel or freeze it instantly from the app plus get a replacement , really keeps anxiety down , phone lines open longer than most banks . And the telephone staff polite,friendly ,,,,,,,, This is the third Bank I have been with in my life .I am glad I moved to metro and have no plans of moving .. Reviewed on: 6th April 2021
