Metro bank is a fast banknow which caters to all different people in the past when I've had little problems or list of cards etc.. metro have always been a fast working bank to resolve any problems I have had which could be down to the biggest problem to the even smallest problems. Excellent service every time.

Highly efficient, professional and friendly customer service. On the phone, you always get through to a person instead of waiting in automated cues for hours as is the case with other banks.
