Great and easy online banking!

I have been with Metro bank for 9 years now and they got some really great products that make online banking really easy with them. Their customer service is quick, friendly and efficient with requests and questions I had in the past. I had to deduct a few stars due to my not so positive experience with them when my account got hacked and my money stolen. Metro bank didn't pay enough attention to prevent this happening and also didn't handle it well to return my money. I had to use resolver to get them moving. Reviewed on: 5th April 2021

Love this bank they are really down to earth and welcoming very welcoming I've been with them since 2012 Summer time:D I tell ya them free lollipops do go a long way, long way in loyalty :D and the dog treats are just an adorable thing to do . Please open a bank in areas that are not as known such as Shirley Birmingham please and edmonton Green, Palmers, Palmers Green or Winchmore Hill London. OUTSTANDING BANK!!

I have been with Metro Bank for over 2/3 years, i wouldn't pick anyone else, if you loose your card you can hop over to your local branch and get another within 15 mins, SUPER Friendly staff and always OUTSTANDING service!! Reviewed on: 5th April 2021
