Banking with a smile and the personal touch

I enjoy the counter service, dealing with real smiling people who are always keen and able to help. It contrasts with other high street banks who eliminate counters and have taken away the ability of their branches to properly service their customers. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

A can do, modern approach

Metro Bank staff are positive and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. Nothing is too much trouble in my Newbury branch, Berkshire; even searching, with a smile, high and low for apparently lost favourite baby toys. Only to be found at the bottom of the pram. Metro Bank put the customer at the heart of all they do. Unlike the traditional high street banks who, in most cases, still appear to think their customers are honoured to have been allowed to bank with them, Metro Bank's approach is uncomplicated, realistic and flexible. Best Bank Ever.

I have been banking with Metrobank since our local Co-operative bank closed it's branch. The staff are so welcoming, helpful and friendly. It is a real pleasure to do business. Opening times are also a real bonus. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

Very easy to access and use the account!

I set up a Metro account before the Covid-19 virus struck. I am not the biggest user of the account in the world, but am delighted with the service provided by Metro Bank. It's been more that useful during these troubled times. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

I don't believe there is a better bank in the UK.

With an exceptionally responsive and courteous service, Metro Bank has been ruling the banking game. Open 7 days a week, long hours with other facilities. Banking with others previously was difficult to find time and effort to deal with. Reviewed on: 6th April 2021

Reliable and understanding

I can be very forgetful sometimes, and there have been times where I’ve lost my card, or locked myself out of my online banking and there has always been someone there to help me. They don’t judge you and make you feel very comfortable. Reviewed on: 6th April 2021
