Metro Bank is fast, trustworthy, and welcoming.

Every time I enter a metro store, regardless of whether it's my local one or elsewhere, I'm greeted with smiles and warmth. This is a bank you want to be handling your money. Their online system is quick and easy to use, a new credit card takes minutes to be made on-site, and the customer service is the country's best, bar-none. Banking with a smile and the personal touch

I enjoy the counter service, dealing with real smiling people who are always keen and able to help. It contrasts with other high street banks who eliminate counters and have taken away the ability of their branches to properly service their customers. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

A can do, modern approach

Metro Bank staff are positive and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. Nothing is too much trouble in my Newbury branch, Berkshire; even searching, with a smile, high and low for apparently lost favourite baby toys. Only to be found at the bottom of the pram. Metro Bank put the customer at the heart of all they do. Unlike the traditional high street banks who, in most cases, still appear to think their customers are honoured to have been allowed to bank with them, Metro Bank's approach is uncomplicated, realistic and flexible. Best Bank Ever.

I have been banking with Metrobank since our local Co-operative bank closed it's branch. The staff are so welcoming, helpful and friendly. It is a real pleasure to do business. Opening times are also a real bonus. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

Very easy to access and use the account!

I don't believe there is a better bank in the UK.

With an exceptionally responsive and courteous service, Metro Bank has been ruling the banking game. Open 7 days a week, long hours with other facilities. Banking with others previously was difficult to find time and effort to deal with. Reviewed on: 6th April 2021
