Friendly efficient with great interest rates

Friendly efficient service with a personal feel, happy to spend time with customers.Great interest rates. Easy online banking. Recommended to friends many times. Dog biscuits, water bowl, customer loo, tasty lollipops and pens that actually work. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

Convenient branch opening times

Current account can be operated on line but I like to use a branch. Eastbourne branch has long opening hours including weekends - VERY helpful. Also enough staff to help, and not have to queue for an age. Staff are all pleasant, helpful, smart, and friendly. No problems. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

My First Bank

I've been with Metrobank for around 10 years now and i've never had any issues with them. The branch is a stones throw away from where I live so it's always a short trip if i'm ever in need of anything and they always deal with my requests so quickly. I had a fraud incidence once on my card and their 24 hour helpline sorted it out immediately before any money was taken and I've never had a single issue with my account. They also have adorable treats in their store which never fail to put a smile on my face. Very glad to be banking with them. Very professional and friendly bank that's for the people.
