Been 5 years and still the Best

Great friendly service everytime

Compared to the old fashioned, stuffy high street banks, Metro Bank is such a breath of fresh air. Excellent service from friendly staff always received. Efficient, made to feel welcome and nothing, big or small, seem to be an issue for them. Reviewed on: 4th April 2021

Simple, and great service

Opened a Metro Bank account for convenience when I needed a card at short notice - used them ever since. Easy, great online banking, good customer service - just a solid, simple every day account. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 4th April 2021

Good but lacks

I love my metro accounts, however it is can become frustrating as they do not allow all functions for example, at Asda pre pay petrol stations I cannot used either card. Not the only Tim I’ve experienced this Reviewed on: 4th April 2021
