Great bank with awful online banking

I liked the personal contact with the bank, but your online banking page is a nightmare, from very complicated and mistake-prone log in, through not very clear webpage to the "active" confirmation pop-up even though I am actively trying to sort my account. Reviewed on: 5th April 2021
