Simple, and great service

Opened a Metro Bank account for convenience when I needed a card at short notice - used them ever since. Easy, great online banking, good customer service - just a solid, simple every day account. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 4th April 2021

Good but lacks

I love my metro accounts, however it is can become frustrating as they do not allow all functions for example, at Asda pre pay petrol stations I cannot used either card. Not the only Tim I’ve experienced this Reviewed on: 4th April 2021

If you’re close to a branch you can’t sort everything out there, 364 days a year, no calling up different divisions and call centres. Mobile app works great too. Active fraud tracking and prevention. Reviewed on: 4th April 2021

Opening up an account
