A bank that really understands customer service

I knew nothing about Metro until they opened locally in Enfield. I transferred because they don't charge a % for foreign transactions and have been very pleased since with the customer service in the branch and how good their app is. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 2nd April 2021

Great Bank for Whole Family

I wanted to set up back accounts for my children. I was finding it difficult to do this with the other high street banks. Once we walked into Metro Bank - everything was different. I was able to set up my own account and three accounts for the children - of varying ages. We were all issued debit cards on the spot and walked through access to the online banking features. As the children have grown older, they have been able to independently walk into a branch of Metro Bank to make changes, deposits and update their accounts - on the spot - in other words - quickly and effectively. Excellent customer service.

After visiting the branch in Sheffield City Centre, I told my friend that at some point in the meeting I almost forgot I was in a bank. Felt like I should go back for no reason, just to be in that aura. I'm a new customer, and the experience has started off so epic for me. Best service

I had many other bank accounts but MetroBank is the best, easy to open a account and easy to manage it through the online banking, app or at your local branch and the staff are very professional and polite, everything smoth. Reviewed on: 1st April 2021
