truly just brilliant

online banking is smooth and easy with plenty security precautions. In bank banking is always such a welcoming and lovely experience no matter the store. everyone is always so polite, helpful and on hand to help with anything and point you in the right direction to get your needs dealt with nice and quick. A bank that really understands customer service

I knew nothing about Metro until they opened locally in Enfield. I transferred because they don't charge a % for foreign transactions and have been very pleased since with the customer service in the branch and how good their app is. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 2nd April 2021

Great Bank for Whole Family

I wanted to set up back accounts for my children. I was finding it difficult to do this with the other high street banks. Once we walked into Metro Bank - everything was different. I was able to set up my own account and three accounts for the children - of varying ages. We were all issued debit cards on the spot and walked through access to the online banking features. As the children have grown older, they have been able to independently walk into a branch of Metro Bank to make changes, deposits and update their accounts - on the spot - in other words - quickly and effectively. Their accounts have grown and been adapted with them. The customer service is exemplary. We are happy customers. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2021
