I had many other bank accounts but MetroBank is the best, easy to open a account and easy to manage it through the online banking, app or at your local branch and the staff are very professional and polite, everything smoth. Reviewed on: 1st April 2021

I would go back to any of my past providers

Metro Bank treats me as an individual and not as a number. I never feel like they're reading from a script when I call them. The banking app is spot on. Managing my money has never been so easy. If I had a problem with any of my previous banks, I dreaded talking with them because I would end up stressed and angry.
