A bank who believe in service!!

Superb bank - Appointments on the day you visit - Help and support to get online - Super website that works superbly - Great staff in the branch - Banking hours that match the way we work in this modern age - Big 5 just want big money accounts and are not interested in normal people. The old banks must be worried, why go to them when you can have all the above and the stay open late 8pm and extended opening Saturday and Sunday. Brilliant bank Tim Reviewed on: 28th March 2021

Excellent customer service

Been with metro bank since 2012 and they have never charged me fees for being overdrawn, they are open late and on weekends, I will never move to another bank in this life time. Reviewed on: 28th March 2021

Great Online Banking

Great bank for Online Banking. Processes are smooth and easy to follow, but still high security standards. If you need something in the branch though you get the deal with friendly people, however sometimes you get the sensation that employees are rather bored by customers and it takes quite some time to get what you need. I feel things could be handled swifter and more efficient in the branch. It would help to reduce waiting times before being served too. Reviewed on: 28th March 2021

A pleasant bank

I have been banking with Metro Bank since 2015 and I have had a great experience with them each year. It is rare that I have issues with this bank but if I do, then the issue is sorted quickly and efficiently. Friendly customer service always in store (Romford) and over the phone.
