Metro Bank was recommended to me by a friend many years ago, and i have been happy with their service ever since. I love that they still offer dog treats to customers who bring their companions along. And the free card transactions in europe are simply a must have for me. The perfect professional and helpful bank

Metro bank in me words deserve an award because They are not like any other bank, when there is a small line waiting for the Casheres I will do the most open all tills and even the staff at the tables open an account also taking any payments, what I found in other banks there can be two of six tills open and the queue out the door I don’t class it as a customer friendly bank, Metrobank has always done whatever they say they were going to do, also I got my children into banking and this was by having A fun coin collector machine, this was an incentive to collect any coins given as pocket money, The kids enjoyed saving coins and then playing the coin collector machine and it calculated how much they’ve put in, then the money collected went into their bank account and for using the machine they always received a lollipop or a promotional item which was an incentive for them to save. I had a scam issue earlier in the year and the team at Hemel Hempstead were brilliant in helping me out. They issued me with a new card and made a couple of suggestions on keeping my main account safe. I have never been happier with a company and the way they treat their clients.
