Only Niggles

Easy secure access by internet, mobile and high street. Excellent customer service on all platforms - especially during lock-in. "Doorstep banking" particularly helpful for simple transactions. The only niggle is mobile statements log out too quickly - how about a "home alone" button or a "stay!" voice command? I hope you can afford to keep your current configuration. Thank you anyway. Excellent account opening experience

I recently opened my new current account and credit card with Metro Bank. The process was handled entirely in branch and went very well. A thorough assessment of my creditworthiness and everything set up so that I could start using both immediately. Reviewed on: 28th March 2021

Great customer service

My Metro Bank account was very easy to set up. I was able to set it up on my phone. When I have called customer service as I had forgotten my password for online banking and needed to know my IBAN number they answered the call very quickly and were able to resolve my query in a quick and friendly manner.
