Fantastic, accessible, total competent banking!!!!

This bank is brilliant. Friends advised this bank to me. Can’t beat word of mouth. I damaged my card and walked into my local branch, within 10 mins I was walking out with my new replacement card. Fantastic !!! Forward thinking bank. Reviewed on: 28th March 2021

Only Niggles

Easy secure access by internet, mobile and high street. Excellent customer service on all platforms - especially during lock-in. "Doorstep banking" particularly helpful for simple transactions. The only niggle is mobile statements log out too quickly - how about a "home alone" button or a "stay!" voice command? I hope you can afford to keep your current configuration. Thank you anyway. Excellent account opening experience
