My Metro Bank account was very easy to set up. I was able to set it up on my phone. When I have called customer service as I had forgotten my password for online banking and needed to know my IBAN number they answered the call very quickly and were able to resolve my query in a quick and friendly manner. Every time I go to Metro bank, the staff is friendly and welcoming. It’s a good experience and especially during pandemic they are still thriving to provide great customer service. The only issue I have is they don’t have quick deposi machines Reviewed on: 27th March 2021
