Great service

Throughout my dealings with Metro Bank I’ve always encountered the friendliest of staff, who’ve made things as simple and hassle free as possible. Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

Goes beyond expectations

2 things I would like to mention. 1 I used the phone connection to the bank, this was 3 to 4 years ago. I was transferring money for a holiday and got chatting, there was no rush. The person on the phone was interested in where I was going which was Singapore. We ended up chatting for an hour.I live on my own and was nice to chat. Which now during this pandemic we appreciate more. METRO BANK was doing this years before. At the end of an hour chat, the person said, I've enjoyed our chat. Im crediting your account with £5 as you made my day. 2 My Local Metro Bank in Aylesbury. Knew me and knew I was learning to drive Buses. When they learnt I passed my bus drivers license, they had got me a mini Double decker bus, a box of chocolates and a card. No other bank has been this personal to me. We still have a laugh when I pop in. Best bank for everybody

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to help and treating people with respect. Very good products. Perfect for young savers account and no fees while traveling abroad. Very user-friendly app and internet banking options. I wouldn't change it for the world! Reviewed on: 24th March 2021

7 day honest banking

Metro provides a friendly, professional service every time and most services can be accessed online and through its app. When I need to go in branch I can do so any day of the week thanks to their 7-day opening. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021
