Loving metro

Everything is so straight forward, easy to use, friendly staff in the bank and on phonelines. Always have a smile on there face. Love that I take my kids in there and the dog and all come out feeling the love. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021

Wait time too long

Takes forever to contact customer service. Problem setting up new payee as sort code and account are already registered but this is with a different reference number. Never had this problem with any other bank. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021

Amazing service

Really Really bad customer service

Periodically I make transactions in US Dollars as I have family in US. Metro KNOW this as I informed them I would periodically make such transactions. But for a while every time I made said transactions they would automatically put a block my card.. Do they check with me if I made the transaction NO.
