Making Banking Easy.

Dear, to whom it may concern. I would like to say that thanks to Metrobank my life in banking has become a lot easier. The Metro family has made banking stress free and joyful. Anytime I walk into the bank, I am greeted with warmth and a friendly environment. The staff always have a smile on their face, and their name badges are always displayed and are always dressed professional. There is so much I can say from the products the banks offers to the help and advice they provide. But the most important thing to me and to a lot of people I presume is the fact that they have made banking effortless and easy. And in life, anything that is made easier for those that have difficulties becomes a stress free life. Thank you Metro bank. Loving metro

Wait time too long

Takes forever to contact customer service. Problem setting up new payee as sort code and account are already registered but this is with a different reference number. Never had this problem with any other bank. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021

Amazing service
