I have been a few times as a visitor and after as a client and always staff is helpful and polite. You do not feel like a stranger and thinking is just my bank but for me is a such lovely place where you can talk we a professional person and make a good decision for your future and family. kids and pets are very welcome and your money safe. No openbanking

Good experience at the beginning with Metro Bank but now none of my apps can connect to the bank account using API so I decided to move all my transactions away from the account. Almost all my transaction on the debit card are declined every time I'm transferring a large account, even if the multi-factor screen code has been inserted correctly. Not anymore a modern bank according to me. Reviewed on: 18th March 2021
