Small scale users valued

I opened an account at the very first Metro Bank location (London Holborn) within months of this branch first opening. While other banks focused on automating services to small scale customers and limiting options in the process, Metro Bank concentrated on small scale customers and offers a growing range of services. Of particular importance to me as someone who avoids cars as much as I can to limit my environmental footprint, I appreciate that branches offer bicycle parking and welcome dogs (and other pets) to accompany customers in branches. It is not just the capacity to see or speak with someone 7 days a week, but also the first class and easily used on-line banking facilities which I value. That employee have a personal stake in the success of the bank shows. I appreciate the outreach to educate young people on how to manage their money, ad I appreciate the community spirit Metro Bank stores show. Efficient Courtesy

I feel really secure at Metro Bank. Their modern approach such as your picture on the teller's screen when you present your card should be universal across the banking world. Their customer attention when visiting a branch is helpful and re-assuring. You clearly matter to the bank as acustomer and it is all professional and efficient. Highly recommended. Thank you. Opening days and time

I love this bank because they open Monday to Sunday, opening from 8 am to 8 pm. also it's the only bank in England where you can open an account same day and collect your card and internet set up right there at the branch. The friendliest Bank in the world with inclusive opening hours !

This is an outstanding Bank,As soon as you enter their premises your greeted with a genuine smile and questioned courteously to ensure your seen to swiftly and your in the correct area of the bank for your financial requirements.As airline Cabin crew arriving into the Uk anytime,it’s a welcome relief to have evening and weekend opening hours . Metro bank is robust with security ,having a state of the art screening and instantly locking accounts that may have irregular activity ...outside of your normal pattern of use...this happened to me,thus providing reassurance !
