Ever since being told about Metro bank, I have never looked back. I was with my previous bank for over 25 years and the service attained by Metro Bank can not be compared - Metro are absolutely outstanding in all respects. I have used their customer service a number of times and have never been failed. One time of note is when IO was stuck in Germany and had lost wallet, drivers licence and anything of note. With a simple phone call, I managed to transfer some funds to my daughters German account and enjoy my holiday. The opening hours of 7 days per week, no other bank gives this service As soon as you walk in to the bank, you are offered a seat and a discussion with a follow up service 100% of times. Metro bank is everything other banks are not. I have even been out on a works do in the evening and was telling my colleagues. They bet me that I would not be able to get through to someone as it was 10pm. I called, and was speaking with a person (Not a machine) within 45 seconds. You received another 3 customers that evening. If ever a conversation turns to banking; I never fail to hold up the name of metro bank - Thank you for your service Reviewed on: 16th March 2021

My experience with Metro was really positive I got my current account card the same day that it was set up. The service was really good and whenever I call for something I am saved straight away without waiting in a long queue. I would recommend this to my friends because of the banks efficiency.
