Really fantastic personal service

I received 2 cheques from Alzheimer’s lottery and I couldn’t get to the bank in lockdown. I sent the cheques with a letter. No problem straight into my bank account. No, you didn’t send a paying in form. A real people’s bank. Reviewed on: 15th March 2021

Poor customer service

I have been having a problem with my online banking since October last year. Despite many phone calls and several visits to the branch in High Wycombe the problem has not been fixed and I am unable to use it. Also, despite promises to do so, your staff never get back to me to report progress - or lack of it. I am seriously considering moving my account. Reviewed on: 15th March 2021
