Great app, technology and reliable

The service is reliable and great technology. I use the app on a daily basis and it always works and very easy to use. I can add payees on the go, and the two factor authentication with my mobile gives me a sense the service is safe to use. Reviewed on: 15th March 2021

Poor customer services on the phone

Staff in the slough branch that I use couldn't fault them do anything to help you.but I Had a bank transfer I was trying to make which was stopped by metro bank under suspicious activity I had no phone call or message regarding you blocking my account I had to make 3 calls myself to resolve the issue on the phone about 2 hours in total and for this reason iam moving banks as If it wasn't me who made the transfer I'd of gone to use my card to then only realise it had been blocked very very poor Reviewed on: 15th March 2021
