Amazing Customer Service

Nothing is ever too much trouble for anyone who works at Metro bank. They are super helpful, polite and always go that extra mile to make sure you have a great experience. Other high street banks should take note and follow suit! Reviewed on: 11th March 2021

Best Bank I have ever used, makes banking effortless.

Best bank for customer service in England.

I have been a Metrobank customer for many years. I was the very first customer at the Canterbury (Kent) branch when I moved my account from Borehamwood. They have always been wonderful and they treat the ordinary customer as king. I have often been offered coffee, use of their customer toilets and they are very pet-friendly. Not stuffy or pretentious - exactly how a High Street bank SHOULD be. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021
