Best bank for customer service in England.

I have been a Metrobank customer for many years. I was the very first customer at the Canterbury (Kent) branch when I moved my account from Borehamwood. They have always been wonderful and they treat the ordinary customer as king. I have often been offered coffee, use of their customer toilets and they are very pet-friendly. Not stuffy or pretentious - exactly how a High Street bank SHOULD be. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021
