Fantastic service

I have been banking with Metro for a few years now and have recommended it to so many friends as this bank has never caused me any problems like others have. The app is easy to use and the customer service is always friendly and inviting, which is especially important when rectifying an issue. Good banking.

the services provided are really good. i had a problem someone had used my card and they cancelled it right away. and gave new one next day. they investigated it and refunded the money. they didn't even take long.i would highly recommend it to everyone. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021

An Alright Bank

They are a good bank however they do not always have the answers to your questions. They also have really bad waiting music for the their phone line. Also they are not really friendly when you go into the bank they always seem unhappy. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021
