Helpful bank.

Metro Bank have been a true godsend to me, easy to open account staff that went above and beyond in my local branch, the metro app is amazing to check your account 24/7 the staff at my branch always have time to make you feel welcome and at ease,, well done metro Bank you really deserve this award, as somebody with multiple sclarois getting to and from my bank c we N be sometimes a challenge for me, on the days I do get there staff really do treat you as a friend well done Bromley branch. Great customer service

I am consistently impressed by service levels from Metro bank - in contrast to others! Whenever I have an issue to deal with there is always someone on the end of the phone to talk to. A dependable Bank!

Coming to the UK as an international student, there were so many difficulties I had. The most notable one was opening a bank account as many of the UK banks I initially applied to, requested difficult-to-get documents. Even with my student bank letter, other banks didn't allow me to open an account. On entering Metro bank, my frustrations were calmed by the nicest staff I had ever met. They even offered me a coffee! Right there, within a few hours, an account was opened for me. To cap it all, I got my ATM card printed on the spot. Leaving the Bank that day, I was elated because I now had an account to receive money into. I was given a cute shopping bag full of beautiful gifts as I left. Everyday banking is so easy and you always have someone to speak to. Metro bank will forever have my heart! Thank you for making life easy for people like me! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
