Just brilliant from start to finish

This bank will help you.They will set you up an account and print a card for you.Plus set up your internet banking.Not like other banks that will stop you at the door and tell you if you want to bank with them you must go home and do it all yourself.I know who I would want to bank with.Great all around bank with great staff and service.Thanks Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Helpful bank.

Metro Bank have been a true godsend to me, easy to open account staff that went above and beyond in my local branch, the metro app is amazing to check your account 24/7 the staff at my branch always have time to make you feel welcome and at ease,, well done metro Bank you really deserve this award, as somebody with multiple sclarois getting to and from my bank c we N be sometimes a challenge for me, on the days I do get there staff really do treat you as a friend well done Bromley branch. I am consistently impressed by service levels from Metro bank - in contrast to others! Whenever I have an issue to deal with there is always someone on the end of the phone to talk to.
