Good simple, reliable and helpful business account.

Good simple, reliable business account, with friendly, helpful support if/when needed. Easy links to accounting software, and easy payment to HMRC. Only fault is that the account only allows a single bank card, however, that is part of its simplici5y, so not much of a gripe. Reviewed on: 19th March 2026

Mettle are quick to answer queries and offer support. I cannot fault Mettle for their customer support, it is always excellent and they were immediately on hand with support and guidance when I was managing some fraudulent issues with social media marketing, which meant money was debited out of my account. The fault was the social media site, not Mettle but they were brilliant in helping me reclaim money. Reviewed on: 19th March 2026

I had an issue with a faulty product bought via eBay, which resulted in a trip to A&E, the seller, nor eBay would acknowledge or help in anyway, the team at mettle where extremely helpful in reversing a transaction, the customer service was excellent and the helpfulness was really appreciated Reviewed on: 19th March 2026
