Very practicaly and easy to use.

Very practicaly and easy to use. Easy access to human customer service. I would like a few more filters to search transactions and sometimes the app can be a bit laggy but only minor issues in the big picture. Reviewed on: 18th February 2026

only limitation i have is not being able to transfer from it, onto a 'Top Up' preloaded cashback card with utility warehouse which i want to manage my household budget thats annoying otherwise i can't fault Mettle Reviewed on: 18th February 2026

Everytime I have needed to contact customer services it has been nothing minutes and the operator has always been helpful and prompt. I have always been kept upto date with any app maintenance and disruptions to service, however this hasn't happened often. Reviewed on: 18th February 2026
