Been using Mettle as my business bank since I started my business in 2025. Whenever I've needed help or support, they've always been there to help. Much better than the high street banks who only ever appear to be interested in your money - and not your business. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them thus far. Excellent since day one! Great free banking app for businesses.

Great free banking app for businesses. Invoices included which makes keeping track of all expenses and income so easy! Able to connect to free agent(which I’m not so comfortable with yet) but a great service. Clear to track on mobile and online along with automated messages for emails. All round amazing app provided by NatWest which gives the piece of mind from one of the larger banks Reviewed on: 18th February 2026

Excellent service, really helpful & friendly whenever I need them on chat. Helped me put brilliantly when I had a fraudulent business let me down. Mettle talked me through the process & it was sorted. App is easy to use and is a lovely interface to look at. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them & I don't plan on going anywhere else. Mettle is super easy to use.

Mettle is super easy to use. I love the fact that you get a free subscription to free agent too and that it intergrates with the mettle app telling you how much tax you will need to pay. Reviewed on: 18th February 2026
