If I've had any queries or questions they are answered pretty quick and i'm kept informed of the progress. I recommend Mettle to all my business colleagues because its the only bank that seems to care about its customers and solve problems in a professional manner. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Mettle as a bank has been brilliant with free agent.

Mettle as a bank has been brilliant, only wish NatWest told about it to me earlier. I was a business NatWest customer for years, but NatWest did not mention to me about Mettle. That’s the main disappointment. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
