The customer care is fast to respond to request, attentive to datails and are proactive in finding a peaceful and legal resolution of a situation. An excellent bank account with simple to use app. The added bonus of FreeAgent with no charge is a huge plus -it’s simple to use and very user friendly. All in all the bank account and software are a fantastic choice for my very small business keeping charges for my banking and bookkeeping to an absolute minimum. Five star!
