Everything's great except impact of suspending account

Everything has been great apart from the time Mettle suspended my account without informing me when I applied for a savings pot. This meant invoices my business was due to pay didn't get paid and money I was due wasn't received. The knock on impact of this was that all payments to my account were then stopped by a private medical insurer which took months to sort out and rectify taking my time and meaning I wasn't paid for work. Has been simple to set up and use, its been the perfect solution for my small business, defiantly a great banking app for sole traders - both my wife and myself have mettle accounts - we both really love the pots feature as well which makes putting money aside from deposits really easy and fully automated.
