Stress free business support in a bank account

The customer service is personal and I get a reply promptly. The features help me run my business easily and keep on top of invoicing. The link with Free Agent also means tax returns are easy and I can predict and save for the final bill reducing stress and worry. Reviewed on: 26th March 2025

Such an easy to use Bank with the features you need

I joined Mettle when I launched a new business and they made the whole experience really easy. They moved their infrastructure and they did so with absolute ease, which given my experience with other organisations, was excellent. There's nothing else to say but they make it all easy. Mettle far better than other Online banks

Moved to Mettle from Starling when their standards slipped considerably. Have not had to deal with customer service much, but all my dealings have seen a pragmatic approach. The transfer from the emoney account to regular account was smooth and still allows me to access the previous data. The FreeAgent integration as part of the package is also valuable. Marvellous Mettle

I have used Mettle since starting my own business 3 years ago. The app is very easy to use and I like the pot facility which enables money to be stored for things like tax or pension.
