Mettle has been intuitive and easy to use from the very start, with book keeping prompts, photo receipt facilities and access to freeagent etc and with the recent upgrade of mettle I'm am very tempted to do the paid subscription to manage more of my services like quoting etc. absolutely perfect from start to finish and feels very secure Reviewed on: 22nd March 2025

I've been using Mettle for my business banking, and it's been a fantastic experience. The app is intuitive and makes managing my finances effortless. Features like real-time balance updates, automatic transaction categorization, and easy invoicing help keep everything organized. One of the biggest perks for me is the free FreeAgent subscription. It’s a game-changer for bookkeeping, making tax calculations, invoicing, and expense tracking so much easier—without any extra cost. The seamless integration with Mettle means everything stays up to date automatically. Customer service has always been responsive and helpful, and the sign-up process was quick and hassle-free. The only slight drawback is that Mettle doesn’t support cash deposits, which might not suit every business. But for digital-first businesses, freelancers, and entrepreneurs, it’s an excellent banking solution with no monthly fees. Best switch I ever did.
