First time owner / director finds Mettle indispensable

Being a first time owner / director in a single person Ltd company I needed a simple to use mobile banking system that had a free basic service during the initial stages of the business. I found Mettle to be very user friendly, fast and adaptable. The 'pots' aspect of the account also made it super easy to maintain the tax element. In addition the combination of Mettle and Freeagent creates a package that is an absolute winner for small businesses. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

When i started my small business - i was reccomended mettle and tide - i firstly went with tide however the customer service was awful and my account got hacked twice and they left it to myself to resolve. I also have a current bank account with NatWest and didn't realise they were in a partnership so i tried mettle and love it !! I love how you can seperate your money into pots and the customer service is amazing - any problems i have they can resolve - before mettle i was using apps online to creat invoices but i would say mettle is perfect for all business !! The app is simple to use and customer service great, I haven’t used FreeAgent yet but joined because Mettle offered it when I signed up so I will update once I’ve used it. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Brilliant app.

The app is very easy to use and was very easy to set up. The only issue I have is some things cannot be deleted from the app which I feel should be an option I.e. deleting payees or information I added. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025
