Amazing for Small Businesses

Mettle is a fantastic banking app, especially for freelancers and small business owners. I particularly love how it provides FreeAgent access, simplifying accounting tasks and providing valuable resources. The customer service team is friendly, prompt and genuinely helpful. Great value for money and exceeds expectations

Having reviewed a number of business bank account options, I was drawn to Mettle as they offer the FreeAgent software as part of the package and the account comes without monthly fees. The application process was seamless and my account was up and running within no time. I've been delighted with the service so far - the app is brilliant, reliable, intuitive and I like the 'pot' feature which includes an interesting bearing pot, which means I can earn money on the money I've put aside to pay my tax bills. Finally, it's the small things that count and when I received my debit card, the packaging included a hidden message along the lines of...curiosity got you this far, your creativity and drive will keep you going. Great for our small business

As a small business we've been using them since we started 3 years ago and we're still happy with the service which they're often improving. We use their invoice system which is easy to use and we like their money pots as well. Customer service is easy to contact using the app and we always get a speedy reply. We now get interest in our savings pot and we don't have to pay anything to use the bank account which is great for a small business like us. And another plus is that we can connect our bank account with our accountants software which save so much time having to send over several statements all the time. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Will never move to other business account

Using Mettle as a business account, as I have small home based business and don't want hassle with the accounting part of it. It's brilliant, so easy to manage, make the invoices in the app, all of the bookkeeping is there, and even if you never done any paperwork before is super easy to make it by yourself. I'm with mettle from 4-5 years, will never change it to some other bank. And it's absolutely free of charge, unlike some other business accounts Reviewed on: 19th March 2025
