I set up my new business account in 2024.....And it's really user friendly....I love the fact I can categorise my income and expenditure. Also I'm impressed with the two step verification security when processing my payments out ( very reassuring). Any dealing with customer services has been equally efficient, ensuring that my query was resolved, every time. I would not hesitate to recommend Mettle to other business start ups. Ever since I joined Mettle I've had nothing but good reviews. I had a query once and it is was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The app is very easy too use. I love the use of setting up seperate 'pots'. The only negative I have would be to have a better interest rate for the savings pot. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025
