Excellent Mettle for Freelance Musician

I find the Mettle account really easy to use (I’m a some trader) and the link with FreeAgent software works seamlessly, too. I also really like the ‘Pots’ function which has simplified my management of funds, especially my use of an HMRC pot to collect my tax liability for easy transfer. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Mettle has made self employment less daunting

Mettle has made self employment less daunting for me, links with free agent easily, both of them being free is actually crazy considering how easy it makes bookkeeping etc. The pots mean I can put aside what's necessary. All receipts load to freeagent automatically which means less work on the free agent side. Anything I need to do is simple and free. Mettle has been a Lifesaver for me.

Mettle has been really easy to use, it’s been a lifesaver when it comes to storing all my Tax money for my business, as it let me create my own Pots to keep money separate from the account. Also, I take photos of all my receipts for my business expenses, and it’s really easy to upload them to Mettle to explain the transactions. I personally would recommend this to anyone who owns a business. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025
