Mettle was an excellent choice for me as I wanted a hassle-free banking experience. Their customer service is outstanding - responsive, friendly and always helpful. Above and beyond, with helpful guidance. The platform is easy to use and user-friendly, making it simple for my brain! Highly recommend for value, efficiency and ease of use. Very good, if it suits you!

Free business banking is a huge bonus for a micro business such as myself. The ability to use the Post Office to pay in cash is great. Offering 'pots' is wonderful, especially as one has interest applied - it's a shame that rate keeps reducing however! Only one account holder/card holder can be slightly limiting, but totally understand why. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Mettle is perfect for small businesses!

Mettle has supported my design consultancy business from day #1. Running invoicing and pay-roll through the app is super easy, and the integration with FreeAgent makes things really accessible for tracking and keeping on top of expenses. I would definitely recommend Mettle as the bank of choice if you are looking to start up a small company/ business! Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

It is a low cost option which works well. I sometimes have a problem following the logic, ie some balances 'disappear' on occasions and the partial payments are difficult to edit, but most things work well. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025
