Excellent, for an online banking solution for business you feel cared for and treated as an individual. Customer service is perfect, they keep one person looking at your issue as long as that issue is current. Proactive on your transactions, especially if not your normal trend and it’s free to use. The best business bank...or any bank

Quite simply the best user experience I've had with any bank. Even as a sunsiduary of NatWest, Mettle acts and feels more like Monzo or Starling and I feel it has a better app and UX Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

I have been very happy with mettle so far it’s just great and very easy to use. The only problem I had was when I applied for a business loan finance company told me that they don’t recognise mettle as a proper business account and ask me for different account hence I had to apply for personal loan. Mettle has been the foundation of building my business in assisting with managing my income. I feel that it offers high security in terms of financial management and safeguarding my business account, as well as a user friendly app and everything else I need when accessing my account via an internet browser.
