I started my business at the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic & came across Mettle randomly. The product is easy to use, constantly being improved & ties in with our accounting package. It’s everything you need from a modern day digital bank... but the best thing about it, is it’s staff. The customer service is brilliant. I’ve been invited onto zoom calls to improve the product & give my insight. Customer service queries resolved in the matter of minutes. It’s like going to a bank but without all the troubles! We started our business in lockdown, and when we wanted to open a bank account none of the major banks were taking new business customers. after having Fails with cooperative, Tide, Lloyds and RBS finally a Bank (NAT West) that understands an SME requirements.
