Mettle have always given me outstanding customer service, all my queries have been answered in a timely manner and the staff a polite, courteous and extremely friendly and helpful. I don't use any of the paid services so can't comment on these, but my overall experience has been outstanding. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Fantastic bank - have been with them for 5 years now since opening my business and it has been a great service. The app is so easy to use and works so well with expenses - it also links up to an accountancy software called FreeAgent that then handles all my accounts. Customer service is excellent, easy to message and they address any issues straight away. Everything works seamlessly and could not recommend highly enough! Reviewed on: 24th March 2026
