My personal experience with Monese.

I heard about Monese from a friend that was using the card for 9 mounts so far, and I decided to give it a try, after 2 days the card arrived, that was amazing. Account closed

I oppened and account with monese. I order the card The day the card arrived my account was closed for no reason. The costumer service did not provide me with reasons why it was closed. If you dont want costumers you should say so form the beginning. Don't make people spent money to buy the cards and them to close the account. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2018

The worst thing ever!!!!

The worst thing ever!!!!! - I needed to pay deposit for my new apartment (for rent) needed 2000euro. - I know I can only withdrawal 300 a day, which is ok. - So the first 2 days I made the withdrawal of 300. - the thrid day when I tried to withdrawal another 300 it was not possible, (something with a limit - I belived it was maybe an error on their side. I then went to do do some shopping, when I had to pay the card was declined, the card is not working?!?!?! - I been sending 5 emails 1 on facebook, 7 chat messages, - NO ANSWER! - They havent even send me an email why my account is blocked. - I only use it for my salary and my freelance.. Great if you live in EU and want a GBP bank account

As stated, combo of EU/UK 2 bank account is swift to open. Most UK banks will not accept you whilst living outside UK, or having extensive procedures of verification. Got 2 debit cards for Euro's and Pounds currency seperately. Transferrals goes quickly. Reviewed on: 10th March 2018

Closed account

I need to know how to contact monesse apart from mail as they had stopped responding to my e-mail. they closed my account and promised to refund the balance in my account within fifteen working days. it had been about 30 working days now and i am yet to get anything from them. They initially said they had payment problem from thier account department and then stopped responding to my e-mails completely. What should i do please Reviewed on: 2nd March 2018

Excellent service.

Z4X878LA - Use this code to get £5 free when you top up your account for the first time. Well all I can say is excellent, my card arrived within 2 days, hassle free sign up and no nonsense going in to a bank providing i.d. and proof of address and all that nonsense.
