Fucking scam

I can't access to the only funds I have, I'm very scared

For more then 20 days I can’t access my life savings, and I can’t get a hold of Monese despite many efforts. I deeply regret the trust I put in you. I want to access my funds immediately! I used the account for nothing but to receive my salary and to make my day-to-day expense like rent, supermarket, restaurants, clothing etc. No unusual expenses, exchanges, or in-or-out funds. I only bought a new phone and started using it, which blocked my access to the app. My card still works but it’s going to be expired in less than a month. What am I going to do?! I don’t have any funds other than this account. Please open my access immediately! I’ve been using Monese for over 3 years and trusted you with all my savings. I had more than £14K in my account and I don’t have access for 20 days now. I contacted support several times, they say the Compliance team will get back to you “as soon as they can” or “as soon as possible”. That’s not good enough when you are taking this long and when all my life savings are at stake! I had planned expenses to take care of and I read people can’t get their money for many months, I’m very worried, what am I going to do if that happens to me?!. I provided video identification from the app after I lost access. I was told somebody would contact me and tell me what to do. You are not contacting me. Even if there was a case in the Compliance team nobody for asked any information for 20 days! Please give me access back immediately. You are crushing so many peoples’ dreams, put them under difficult financial circumstances with no communication. You don’t care about helping any of your customers, just automatic responses that hiding behind your responsibilities against fraud while you are leaving so many people feeling insecure with their own money, feeling scammed. This is far from being right and should be made public. I’m going to Financial Ombudsman, FCA, and whoever authority I can help my situation or others like me. URGENT: Account Blocked

Date: 4th October My account has been blocked by Monese since a few days without any notification. The app does say "You will receive an email shortly that will explain what you need to do next" But I have not received any email or notification. It was only when I opened the app that I saw my account blocked. I have tried to contact monese support and also offered to help if they need anything from me but to no avail. I have repeatedly mentioned that I am heavily dependant on my funds in Monese. I constantly emailed them but to no avail. This is my own genuine experience and therefore, I have inserted the date above to keep updating trustpilot and viewers of any updates regarding my case. Reviewed on: 4th October 2021

good evening it already sucks me every day I call I write and write on Facebook and tviteru but I have not received any answer !!! kindly realize that according to the law you do not have the right to block my account for so many days and if you ignore you know that it is a criminal offense and I can sue you for ignoring and illegally withholding my account !!! so this is my last email from my side !!! All POSITIVE reviews are FAKE "SCAM"

M31117812 All good reviews witch everyone can see on the Trustpilot are fake this company will quickly open you're account you make couple of transportation and all sudden you're account will get closedown or blocked will all you're money inside. "company" not gonna respond for a months. Al fakel positive feedback on the Trustpilot only helping them to carry on there scam longer !! There is no real customer suppor only automated email witch usually doesn't make any sense If you will try to contact number witch is provided and you get lucky to reach someone by phone number people on the phone gonna make fun out of you !! Scam All I did was change my phone then my account was blocked! No telephone number to be able to talk to someone just emails which say wait for contact from our compliance team! Not heard a word from the compliance team tried so I will be reporting Monese to the financial ombudsman this is not a way to run an online bank total scam! I want MY MONEY BACK!
